It's a cool idea but I think there may be a couple of problems with the design, if you're going to dock it surely you need to see above the waterline and to be able to steer the boat from above the waterline. Also if the driver is underwater then his/her visibility of potential hazards (other vessels, rocks, Cthulu etc) is seriously diminished.

that huge air bubble under the middle of the thing is probably acting like the opposite of a keel on a sailboat, making this thing pretty damn unstable.

you're viewing like 3 to 5 feet below water..maybe if this can submerge and keep air pressure but there is no difference from this and a boat with a glass view panel floor.
