Okay the only other time rolling luggage is acceptable, the first is when your going to be gone for more than a week and even then, rolling luggage will not fit in the overhead compartment. If you cant carry it, don't bring it. Ive traveled with a 60lb bag(still fits in the overhead, but my be over a weight restriction. Its a canvas bag, not some hardcover bag that weighs 20lbs empty), and I still move faster through the airport than most. And Etiquette people! For those who do not live near a city or form of mass public transportation, you may not know that much like the road, you stick to the right unless otherwise passing. So on the moving sidewalk or on the escalator, you need to get out of the way and to the right if you want to stop and waste your time, so others who are walking up or walking on can pass. I have to take the stairs half the time because walking up the almost always empty stairs, is faster then waiting on your fat ass standing in the middle of the escalator, acting like you don't see or hear me trying to get by and saying excuse me. I have and will drop a yuppy old bastard over who thinks they are too good to get out of the way because they fly first class. Anyway, cool scooter luggage, sorry bout the rant.

But not for $300, get some wheely shoes. Those will help for the times when you need to haul ass because the people that make your flights think it is acceptable to give you 15min from landing flight 1 to take off of flight 2 and flight 1 is late so unless flight 2 is late as well you got 5 min to make the flight. Or your in one of those fucked up airports like Regan where if you have a flight at another gate in a different wing, you have to leave one wing and then go through security all over again to get into the other wing. Just saying.
